Shipping Information

Spare parts orders are delivered Australia wide using a range of third party providers including Border Express, StarTrack and Josie’s Couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Please note that as delivery is facilitated by third party providers, drivers are unable to call prior to delivery. All orders will be sent “Authority to leave safe” and consignment details for online tracking will be sent via email.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. If we encounter any delay which will result in us being unable to dispatch your order beyond the expected 2 business days we will make contact with you to discuss your order.

Our boat deliveries are generally made via Sykes trailer or independent contractors. Pricing and time frames will be advised by the sales team at the time of ordering.
