C2 Scull Collar with Clamp

* Scull collar for use with Green sleeves.
* Does NOT fit white sleeves.

Made of a low friction material with a stainless steel band clamp. Only one screw needs to be tightened to adjust the inboard. The symmetric design allows for use of both sides, extending the overall life of the collar.
